G&M Paving and Sealcoat Inc. recommends this method of asphalt paving as a cost effective alternative to completely replacing an existing parking lot or mix and milling an existing parking lot or roadway in which the existing asphalt is not too deteriorated and still in decent condition.  This method is typically used when a parking lot or roadway has been maintained over the years and by resurfacing or overlaying the parking lot you will get a surface that is brand new for a fraction of the cost to remove and place.
